Pet Policy

We are accepting pet but some specify rooms. If pets found inside our rooms without our knowledge, penalty of $100.00 is applicable.

1. Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 20.00 per pet, per day

4. Pets cannot be left unattended

5. An off-leash area is available

6. Specific rooms only: pet-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the property at the number on the booking confirmation

Guarantee Policy

1. A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
2. For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the motel.
3. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITH DECLINED OR INSUFFICIENTLY FUNDED CREDIT CARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy :

This policy defines how to handle cancellations:

1. If cancellation/amendment is made 48 Hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancellation/amendment is made within 48 Hours of arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged.
3. In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

Complaints or Comments:

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our motel should be made in the first instance to the motel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.

Smoking Policy

Our rooms are non-smoking. If found smoking or evidence of smoking inside the rooms, a penalty of $250.00 is applicable.
